Oryndaln LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our AI Revenue Engine platform and associated services. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect account information (business name, contact name, work email, billing information), usage data (log data, feature usage, access times), lead and prospect data gathered through prospect discovery, conversation transcripts from AI-powered chats, and communications you send to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and operate the Services, configure your AI Revenue Engine, process payments, send automated outreach and proposals on your behalf, generate lead scoring and performance digests, improve our platform, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Lead and Prospect Data

When you use Prospect Discovery, BD Outreach, or Lead Qualification features, we process business contact data on your behalf as a data processor. You are the data controller and are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for processing it. We do not sell or share lead data with third parties except as required to operate the Services.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Apollo.io for prospect discovery, Google Maps Platform for local business discovery, Stripe for payment processing, Postmark for email delivery, Twilio for SMS, Calendly for scheduling, Make.com for automation, Supabase for database infrastructure, and Anthropic for AI language processing. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Lead and prospect data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days following cancellation. Conversation transcripts are retained for up to 12 months. You may request earlier deletion by contacting privacy@oryndaln.com.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security on our database, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict our processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@oryndaln.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, contact privacy@oryndaln.com.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.

11. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to operate the Services and may use analytics tools to understand usage patterns. We do not use tracking for advertising purposes.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
