Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for all Oryndaln subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
1. 30-Day Performance Guarantee
We stand behind our product. If your AI Revenue Engine does not capture at least one qualified lead (AI-scored A or B) or book at least one call during your first 30 days on any paid plan, we will refund your first month in full — no questions asked.
To claim, email support@oryndaln.com from your account email within 45 days of your initial payment. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
The guarantee applies only to your first 30 days on your first paid plan. It does not apply to subsequent billing cycles, plan upgrades, or re-subscriptions after cancellation. Performance is measured against the response commitments defined in our Support Policy.
2. Free Trial
Our 14-day free trial requires no payment method. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account is simply deactivated. No charges are made and no cancellation is required.
3. Monthly Plan Cancellation
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing support@oryndaln.com.
When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations outside the 30-day performance guarantee window.
4. Annual Plan Cancellation
Annual plans are billed upfront at a discount in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Annual plans are non-refundable except when claimed under the 30-day performance guarantee in Section 1.
You may cancel an annual plan at any time to prevent automatic renewal at the end of the term. Access continues through the paid-through date.
5. Add-Ons
Add-ons such as the Social Media Content Add-On ($99/month) can be cancelled independently of your base subscription. Monthly add-ons follow the same end-of-period cancellation rule as monthly base plans.
6. Setup Fees
Oryndaln does not currently charge setup fees on any self-serve plan. If a setup fee is ever introduced or agreed to in a custom contract, that fee is non-refundable once setup work has begun.
7. Data Retention After Cancellation
After you cancel, your dashboard and lead data remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export everything. After 30 days, your data is permanently purged from our active systems.
To export your data, log into your dashboard and use the Export feature, or email support@oryndaln.com. We provide exports in CSV or JSON format at no charge.
Anonymized usage data and system logs may be retained in aggregated form for service improvement and legal compliance, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact support@oryndaln.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve the vast majority of disputes within one business day.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending resolution.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time depends on your card issuer or bank.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect. The version in force on the date of your payment governs that transaction.
