When using BD Outreach, Prospect Discovery, or other outreach features, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including the CAN-SPAM Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state-level anti-spam and telemarketing laws, and any applicable data protection laws. You must ensure you have a lawful basis for contacting each prospect.
The Prospect Discovery feature uses Apollo.io and Google Maps to identify and enrich business contact data. Oryndaln does not independently verify the accuracy of data from these sources. You agree to use prospect data in accordance with the terms of the underlying data providers.
