GETTING STARTED

Your AI Revenue Engine goes live within 48-72 hours of completing onboarding. After you submit your business details, our team configures and trains your AI for your industry, sets up your integrations, and sends you a walkthrough. No developers needed on your end.

Just your business name, industry, and work email. During onboarding we will also ask for your ideal client profile, any CRM webhook URLs, and your Calendly link for booking. Everything else is configured for you.

Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial of the Core System. No credit card required. You will see real leads captured and qualified before you spend anything.

If you mainly want to qualify inbound leads and send proposals automatically, start with the Core System ($2,000/mo). If you also want automated outreach to warm leads and referral cultivation, go with the Revenue Engine ($2,500/mo). If you want AI to find and contact net-new prospects for you, the Full Engine ($3,500/mo) is the right choice.

The BD Outreach Worker sends personalized cold email sequences, warm reactivation messages to past contacts, and referral cultivation touchpoints to your partners. All messages are written to sound like a human wrote them for that specific prospect. You review and approve the templates during onboarding.

Yes. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and any other applicable laws. All outreach emails include an unsubscribe link by default. See our Legal page for full details. If you have compliance questions, contact legal@oryndaln.com.

Yes. Email support@oryndaln.com with the prospect details and we will remove them from active sequences within 24 hours.

PROPOSALS & FOLLOW-UPS

When a high-intent lead completes a qualifying conversation, your AI generates a personalized proposal within 10 minutes. The proposal is based on the lead's responses, their industry, and your service offering. It is sent automatically via email.

Yes. During onboarding we configure a proposal template based on your services and pricing. You can request changes at any time by emailing support@oryndaln.com.

They enter an automated follow-up sequence calibrated to their interest level. Higher-intent leads receive more frequent, higher-touch follow-ups. The sequence runs for a defined period before they are moved to a dormant list for future reactivation.

INTEGRATIONS

We integrate with any CRM that accepts a webhook, including HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and Zoho. Lead data, scores, and conversation transcripts are pushed automatically when a lead is qualified.

High-intent leads are naturally guided toward a direct booking link during their chat conversation. You provide your Calendly URL during onboarding. Confirmed bookings are pushed to your CRM automatically.

Yes on the Revenue Engine and Full Engine plans, which support unlimited CRM webhook integrations. The Core System supports one CRM webhook.

BILLING & PLANS

All plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. There are no setup fees on any plan. Your first charge occurs when you select a paid plan after your trial.

Yes. Email support@oryndaln.com to change your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

We offer a 30-day performance guarantee. If your AI Revenue Engine does not capture at least one qualified lead or book one call in your first 30 days, we will refund your first month in full. Refund requests must be submitted within 35 days of your first payment.

Email support@oryndaln.com at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access until that date.
